PEANUT TOMATO SOUP II मूंगफली और टमाटर का सूप II BY F3 BACHELORS COOKING II <br /><br />Recipe to prepare "Peanut Tomato Soup": <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />1. peanuts - 100 gms <br />2. refined oil - 2 tablespoons <br />3. green chilli - 2 <br />4. salt - 1/4 teaspoon <br />5. red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon <br />6. black salt/chaat masala - 2 pinches <br />7. tomatoes - 4-5 medium size <br />8. garlic - 2 cloves <br />9. water - 1 cup <br />10. black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon <br /><br />Procedure: <br />1. put peanuts in a pan on low flame <br />2. add 1 tablespoon refined oil, mix and roast for 3-4 minutes <br />3. add 2 green chillies (chopped), toss and cook for a minute <br />4. add 1/4 teaspoon salt <br />5. add 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, and put off the flame <br />6. add a pinch of black salt or chaat masala and toss well <br />7. grind these peanuts in a blender and keep it aside <br />8. grind 4-5 medium size tomatoes <br />9. heat 1 tablespoon refined oil in a saucepan <br />10. add and saute chopped garlic (2 cloves) <br />11. add tomato puree and stir <br />12. add a pinch of black salt, and let the puree cook for few minutes <br />13. add crushed peanuts and 1 cup water <br />14. mix all the ingredients, and cover the pan for a minute <br />15. add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, and serve <br /><br />The yummy and healthy Peanut Tomato Soup is ready for you!! <br /><br /><br />In this video our chef Piyush Shrivastava is telling the healthy, delicious & quick recipe to how to make " PEANUT TOMATO SOUP " in less than 8 mins. <br /><br />You can also view our others cooking recipes to understand different style of cuisines in an authentic & easiest way.
